Much of my work has been devoted to capturing the moment whether in a landscape, still life, portrait or in abstraction.
It has been and honor to have my paintings accepted and to win awards in juried exhibits at the Huntington Arts Council, Art League of Long Island, Islip Arts Council, The Art Guild of Port Washington, My Studio in Port Washington and the Northport Historical Society. My paintings have been on exhibit in the art gallery of the Huntington Public Library, The Cold Spring Harbor Library and Harborfields Public Library.
Most recently, being one of the artists chosen to participate in the "Art in the Garden" event at Main Street Nursery was an honor and so much fun!
Time evaporates when I am painting. I lose myself in the creative process and am happiest when holding a brush in my hand.
